University of California, Santa Barbara With the growing number of college students seeking mental health services, it is imperative to have accurate assessment tools. One new measure, the Behavior Assessment System for Children-2, Self-Report of Personality, College Version (SRP-CV), has yet to be independently researched. This study examines the test—retest reliability of the SRP-CV. Convergent and discriminant validity are explored through multivariate analyses. Results indicate that the SRP-CV shows strong temporal stability. Several of the SRP-CV scales also correlate highly with other well-researched self-report measures. Overall, the SRP-CV shows promise as a multidimensional measure of behavior and personality. It makes a unique contribution to the arsenal of self-report measures currently available to clinicians working with the college population.
